We had two units replaced by Travis, Travis Ricky and Tommy this week in a single morning. We shopped around and at end of day were very confident we had made right choice with a company that valued customer service and had competitive pricing. The installation team was professional and courteous and we have already noticed improvement in system performance.

Ricky and Tommy of Robert B Payne & Co. did an outstanding job installing my new furnace, condensing unit, and coil! They are outstanding HVAC professionals. I highly recommend them and the company. I've used Robert B. Payne for years for regular HVAC maintenance. I had a leak in my heat pump and decided to replace it. Robbie, the sales consultant, provide me with several options and did a great job explaining each of them. Ricky and Tommy performed the installation. They were on time, courteous and professional.
