Experienced Service Technician

We are seeking experienced Service Technicians with at least 3-5 years of related experience, who hold proper certifications and qualifications up to and including VA State Master License Holders to accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Residential and Light Commercial heating and air conditioning equipment in our customer’s homes and businesses in our local market. Experienced Maintenance Technicians

We are seeking trained, certified HVAC maintenance technicians with at least 1 year of related experience to service, clean, and repair furnaces, hot water tanks and air conditioning units. We pride ourselves on providing unbeatable customer service to our clients in their homes or businesses, therefore excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor are required. You must have a valid driver’s license.

Experienced HVAC Apprentices

We are seeking experienced HVAC apprentices looking to grow their careers with an established company. At Robert B. Payne, Inc. we value hard work and integrity and are ready to train the right candidate. Whether new to the field or already an experienced HVAC apprentice, we invite you to apply to this full time position.

The ideal applicant must have completed, or are currently enrolled in trade school. This person will have a desire to learn and will work closely with one of our licensed technicians to acquire the skills associated with HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Additionally, the HVAC apprentice will become an expert in system replacements, furnace and air conditioning units, change-outs, ductwork hanging and the installation of ductless systems. He or she will have a valid license, clean driving record, and excellent communication skills.

Marketing Coordinator

Robert B. Payne, Inc. is hiring a full time marketing coordinator to join the team in our Fredericksburg, VA office. We are looking for an experienced self-starter with creative vision and the skills to help grow our brand. In this dynamic role, you will help design, facilitate, and maintain our marketing calendar to ensure it is aligned with our sales strategy and overall company values. You will work closely with management to develop annual objectives and strategies that promote a high ROI. Excellent writing skills are required as this position will have a hand in creating marketing content. This role will also assist with online reputation management, and a positive attitude and mindful approach are required.
